Hi Friends,
It is almost 2:00 in the afternoon here and I am ready for my summer mid day pick-me-up. Do you still have a little coffee left in the pot from this morning. I do. I have one extra cup waiting for me. I'm going to take that cup of coffee and put it in a tall glass. I'll add the normal amount of my favorite coffee creamer which happens to be hazelnut. When I say normal amount, I am using the same amount of creamer that I would normally put in my morning cup of coffee. Now I'm adding 7 or 8 ice cubes and one scoop of vanilla ice cream. I slip in a straw and my pick-me-up is ready. Mmmmmm........So good on a hot day.

I don't do coffee (it makes me sleepy) but I can so see this with some chocolate milk. I'll have to try it one day.
Oooh, now I'm often times trying to cut back on coffee, but this sounds soo divine!
yummy good idea im going to buy some ice cream next time i go to the store it will be my ice coffee ice cream stash! mm
